Good Coffee – Ethiopia Lalesa is an intensely sweet, dense, and remarkably complex single-origin specialty coffee from the celebrated Gedeb zone. Grown at soaring altitudes of 2150–2200 MASL, this traditional Heirloom lot matures slowly under the protective canopy of indigenous shade trees. The coffee undergoes a highly precise Natural Slow Dry protocol. The cherries are initially subjected to a 9-day extended fermentation inside dedicated containers before being transferred to raised drying beds for 3 weeks of slow, sun-guided dehydration.

The resulting cup delivers an excellent, heavy fruit structure paired with a powerful, coating mouthfeel. It opens with a bold, juicy wave of sweet dark forest fruits, leading with prominent notes of plump blackberries and ripe blueberries. A crisp, delicate splash of citrus brightens the mid-palate, while a deep, comforting foundation of raw cacao anchors the finish beautifully. Lightly roasted for filter extraction, this lot yields incredible flavor definition and depth across manual pour-overs like the Hario V60.
